Built in the early 1920's, this Spanish-Californian building is a registered California landmark, one of the only two in downtown San Mateo. The interior was designed by the acclaimed restaurant designer, Pat Kuleto. At Ristorante Capellini  guests can choose to dine in any of  four distinctive dining areas: the main dining room, the mezzanine, the counter, and the wine cellar. 
Executive Chef, Paul Bourrillion, opened Ristorante Capellini in November of 1990 and continues to oversee the high quality of food preparations and presentations for which Capellini has become known for.
