Our FIRST WATCH is a restaurant company that started in northern California in 1983, nearly two decades ago. FIRST WATCH specializes in Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch and is the largest privately owned daytime only concept of its kind in the United States. Today we are based in downtown Sarasota, Florida and currently own and operate over thirty five restaurants in six states with more coming everyday. We specialize in being a daytime restaurant, typically serving from 7:00 am. thru 2:30 pm. We want your daytime experience to be equally as comfortable and enjoyable as your favorite dinner restaurant.
