Traditional “neo-classic” style, four-story steel and concrete building (no wood framing) with an exterior stucco finish, stone base and stone trim/moldings in earth tone colors. Mixed-Use (Residential and Neighborhood Commercial/Retail).

54 Total Residences. 27 single-level condominiums on the 1st and 2nd levels and 27 Town homes with fireplaces on the 3rd level. (The 4th level is the 2nd story of the town homes.)

Approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of covered parking is provided for Residents in the underground parking garage.

Approximately 7,000 sq. ft of neighborhood commercial/retail use is located on the street level facing So. B Street. 32 covered parking spaces for commercial/retail tenants and guests are provided behind the commercial/retail spaces on an elevated parking area.

Access to the building and the parking garage is thru a wireless, “smart card” that identifies a resident or other authorized user upon entry. In addition, video surveillance cameras will be located on each side of the building’s main entrances and in the parking garage. Two emergency phones with “panic” buttons will also be located in the parking garage area.

Two interior atrium-style courtyards with water fountains, waterfalls, and cascading water falls from the upper courtyard to the lower courtyard.

A Fitness center (for the exclusive use of Residents) with state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight/strengthening exercise equipment, is located on the second floor overlooking the second floor plaza.

Two elevators will service the residential portion of the building.

All 54 residences are energy-efficient air-conditioned. On each residential floor, the corridors will be provided with a rooftop ventilation system and exhaust system. The corridor ventilation system will provide filtered outside air to the corridor for ventilation.

The CAT5E cabling of the residences will provide the backbone for the distribution of voice, high speed data and networking.

Master satellite dishes will be located on the roof top of the building. All residences are wired to be satellite ready.

Outdoor bike racks will be provided at 8th and 9th Avenue entrances.

The entire complex is equipped with a fire alarm system.
